1) Composition materials: The main materials of fiberglass sand pipes are unsaturated polyester resin, alkali free twisted glass fiber, and natural rounded quartz sand. Unsaturated polyester resin is produced by domestic manufacturers such as Nanjing DSM Resin Co., Ltd. and Dalian Xinding Resin Coating Co., Ltd. Its acid value, process wettability, fracture toughness and strength of casting body are all at the domestic level; The alkali free and twist free glass fiber adopts Jushi Group and Mount Taishan Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. The product adopts advanced tank furnace wire drawing production technology and uses surface treatment agent. Therefore, its tensile strength, abrasion resistance, surface morphology and the degree of integration with resin are very ideal; Quartz sand is made from natural rounded quartz sand from Inner Mongolia grassland. After washing, drying, and screening, a product that meets the ideal grading is obtained. Its shape, composition, and cleanliness make natural rounded quartz sand have excellent properties such as good wettability, high stacking density, and effectively improving the strength and stiffness of fiberglass sand pipes.
2) Material Action Principle: The main materials that make up the buried fiberglass sand pipe are alkali free twisted glass fiber and natural rounded quartz sand, which are typical inorganic non-metallic materials that play a reinforcing role and have ideal component and structural strength. Their performance remains unchanged during the forming process and service life of the fiberglass sand pipe. Unsaturated polyester resin is a bonding material that undergoes chemical reactions during the molding process, transitioning from a low molecular linear structure to a stable three-dimensional polymer structure with good adhesion, high shear strength, and low shrinkage, making it difficult to detach from the reinforcing material.
3) Structure and production process: The inner surface of the fiberglass sand pipe is a impermeable layer composed of a high proportion of unsaturated polyester resin and reinforced materials, followed by a circumferential and cross wound alkali free twisted glass fiber and resin layer. The whole quartz sand layer is located in the middle of the pipe wall, in which there are multi-layer circumferential and cross wound alkali free twisted glass fibers for connection and reinforcement. The outer layer is still a circular and cross wound alkali free twisted glass fiber and resin layer. During the production process, the fibers are given sufficient forming tension and compacted layer by layer, making the entire pipe wall structure a seamless whole.
The thermal conductivity of steel pipes is relatively high, and there is a significant difference in deformation coefficient between them and anti-corrosion materials. They are more prone to peeling under external factors such as local corrosion and water flow impact.
